Shipping
Orders dispatch within 5 business days of the drop opening, in the order they were placed.
Australia: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
New Zealand: 7–14 business days.
Rest of world: 7–20 business days.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves us.
International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns
Every drop is a single limited run, so we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including size swaps. Please check the size guide on each product before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@twentyfirstgen.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it at no cost, or refund you where a replacement isn't possible. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days past the estimated window, get in touch and we'll chase it or reship.
